Shipping and Payment

Shipping ​

For all orders from private customers, delivery to Austria costs €3.20 and shipping costs for Germany amount to €5.00. From 30€ shipping is free in Austria. All possible shipping costs include sales tax. ​ delivery terms ​

Standard delivery times: 1-3 business days from MO-SA Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. can be delivered the next day. All deliveries are delivered by the post office. After the goods have been delivered, a tracking number is sent to the customer to track the delivery. Changes to delivery times and other agreements can be made directly by the customer with the shipping company. Deliveries in Austria usually take place within 1-3 working days after the conclusion of the contract, deliveries to Germany take place within 3-7 working days - unless other delivery times have been specified for the respective offer with the conclusion of the contract.

There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. A contract is concluded after successful payment. When paying by credit card, the credit card account is debited upon conclusion of the contract.
